TOYO TIRE LIMITED WARRANTY:
This limited warranty covers all Toyo brand passenger car and light truck tires, truck and bus, tubes and flaps for truck and bus, tubes and flaps for truck and bus, and temporary spare tires installed as original equipment purchased and used within Jordan, and within 60 months (5 years ) from the date of manufacturing:
what is coverd
1- failure due to workmanship or materials the original usable tread life.(remaining tread depth of more than 1.6mm as measured at specified location )
2- out of balance or out of round adjustment will only be made during the first 10% of the treadwear.
The compensation amount will be calculated on pro-rated basis.
what is not covered:
1- Damage due to road hazards whether repairable or not (such as cut ,snag ,bruise,impact break, bulge ,puncture, improper use of tire chains, stone drill , chip , scale ).
2- Irregular tread wear or rapid tread wear due to vehicle misalignment or a lack of periodical rotation of tire .
3- Damage resulting from improper repair materials or procedures .
4- Damage from incorrect mounting or dismounting of the tire , incorrect wheel size, water or other materials trapped inside the tire during mounting or failure to balance the tires.
5- Damage or uneven tread wear from , incorrect inflation ,overloading, fire, theft , defective mechanical conditions such as breaks , shocks , rims ,wreck or collision, misuse, misapplication,
6- Negligence, willful damage or abuse , tire alteration ,tire spinning, racing or competition purpose.
7- Damage , corrosion or rubber deterioration due to the use of oil-based chemicals , water-based sealers , balancing substances, or flammable gases.
8- Uniformity problems such as ride , balancing and vibration complaints after the first 10% of tread wear.
9- Replacement of four or more tires from the same vehicle will not be accepted for ride disturbance complaints i.e. vibration , out of round , out of balance ,pulling, noise.
10- Any tire which has been run whith low air pressure or while flat.
11- Tires suffered flat spot due to immobile condition.
12-The Tires have not been used for normal street driving .
13- Tires with the serial identification number removed or rendered illegible.
14-Any tire not presented and available for inspection by TOYO Tire & Rubber co ., ltd .
15-Any tires worn beyond the wear bars (less than 1.6mm remaining tread).
